Beatitudes Series - "Poor In Spirit"

This is the first of many in our series on the Beatitudes.  I know for me personally, it was very convicting.
 
Some excerpts:  

"Paul was connected with his sin.  He was very aware.  Can you imagine every time he walked into the fellowship, how many people did he know that he persecuted?   All these reminders all the time--his sin was probably always before him.  Yet did Paul live in despair?"  "Paul understood his sin, but he also understood the grace and mercy of God.    Paul is a great demonstration of what it means to be poor in spirit.  But what about us?  Are we poor in spirit?"
